Global Mobility Audit & Roadmap
A 3–4 week global mobility audit. Fixed fee from $15,000. You walk away knowing exactly what's broken in your mobility function and what to fix first.
Who this is for
- · HR or people leaders who inherited a mobility function and aren't sure what's working.
- · Companies whose immigration spend has grown faster than the business and no one knows why.
- · Leadership preparing for a Series C or IPO and need clean mobility documentation.
- · Anyone who suspects there are compliance gaps but can't articulate where.
What you get
- · A 25–35 page mobility audit report covering policy, vendor performance, case management, spend, and compliance risk
- · A prioritized roadmap — what to fix in the next 30, 90, and 180 days, with cost ranges for each
- · A vendor scorecard if you're using outside immigration counsel or a relocation provider
- · A 60-minute readout with your leadership team — not a pre-recorded webinar

Pricing

Engagements start at $15,000. Final fee depends on company size, number of vendors in scope, and whether you want me to interview business stakeholders directly. Quoted as a fixed fee — no hourly billing, no scope creep surprises.
FAQ
Common questions.
- Will you sign an NDA?
- Yes. NDA is signed before any document review.
- Do we need to involve our immigration counsel?
- Helpful but not required. If you'd like me to evaluate them as part of the audit, I'll need to interview them.
- What if the audit finds we're in good shape?
- Then you get a short report saying so, with confidence. That's also valuable — especially before a fundraise or transaction.
- Can a mobility audit lead into a program build?
- Often, yes. The audit report itself is the scope document for a follow-on engagement. No obligation either way.
