Choosing an engagement.

Which engagement is right for my company?
Start with the Audit if you're not sure where your global mobility function stands. Choose the Program Build if you've crossed roughly 200 international employees and don't yet have written policies, a vendor stack, or governance. Choose the Fractional Head of Global Mobility if you already have a working program but need a senior operator running it day to day.
How are these global mobility consulting services priced?
All three are fixed-fee. The Audit starts at $15,000 over 3–4 weeks. The Program Build starts at $40,000 over 3–4 months. Fractional retainers start at $8,000 per month with a six-month minimum. Final pricing depends on company size, country footprint, and scope.
Do you work with companies outside the US mid-market?
My focus is US-headquartered companies of 200–2,000 employees. I'll occasionally take work outside that band when the brief is a good fit, but the methodology, vendor relationships, and pricing are designed for the US mid-market.
Can you start with an Audit and continue into a Build or Fractional retainer?
Yes — that's a common path. The Audit report itself becomes the scope document for a follow-on Build, or we can transition into a Fractional engagement once the program is live. There's no obligation to continue after the Audit.
