Global Mobility Program Build

A 3–4 month engagement. From $40,000. A working global mobility program and the materials to run it.

Who this is for

  • · Companies past 200 international employees with no formal mobility program.
  • · HR teams running mobility on email threads and spreadsheets.
  • · Companies that have been burned by immigration vendor performance and want a real selection process.
  • · Leadership that wants mobility under formal governance before the next fundraise or audit.

What you get

  • · Mobility policies: relocation, assignment, business travel, immigration governance, exception handling
  • · Governance model: who decides what, escalation paths, exception authority
  • · Vendor stack: RFP for immigration counsel, relocation provider, tax provider — selection through SLA
  • · Risk framework: pre-clearance process for cross-border activity, modeled on what I built at PwC across 29 countries
  • · HR enablement: SOPs, case templates, intake forms, training sessions for your HR team
  • · Leadership briefing: 90-minute session with your exec team on how to operate the program

FAQ

Common questions.

Do you write the actual immigration petitions?
No. Petition preparation is legal work and is handled by your immigration counsel. I design the program, select counsel through RFP, and govern the relationship — but I'm not your lawyer.
We already have an immigration vendor. Do we have to switch?
No. If your current vendor is performing, we keep them and rebuild the relationship around clearer SLAs. If they're not, the RFP gives you data to make the call.
How long does it take to build a global mobility program from scratch?
Three to four months for the program itself. Add another 30 days if you want me to support the first month of live operation. Faster is rarely better — the time goes into stakeholder alignment, which determines whether the program survives once I'm gone.
What happens after the engagement ends?
Two options: you take it in-house with a hire, or we transition into a fractional head of global mobility retainer.
