FAQ
Common questions.
- Do you write the actual immigration petitions?
- No. Petition preparation is legal work and is handled by your immigration counsel. I design the program, select counsel through RFP, and govern the relationship — but I'm not your lawyer.
- We already have an immigration vendor. Do we have to switch?
- No. If your current vendor is performing, we keep them and rebuild the relationship around clearer SLAs. If they're not, the RFP gives you data to make the call.
- How long does it take to build a global mobility program from scratch?
- Three to four months for the program itself. Add another 30 days if you want me to support the first month of live operation. Faster is rarely better — the time goes into stakeholder alignment, which determines whether the program survives once I'm gone.
- What happens after the engagement ends?
- Two options: you take it in-house with a hire, or we transition into a fractional head of global mobility retainer.
